Corporate Volunteering is a key element within Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Citizenship (CC) activities. In all regions, the number of participating employees has been continually increasing for years.
Corporate Volunteering
Nothing is more credible than volunteering for a social cause. For this reason, corporate volunteering is a key component of all Corporate Citizenship activities at Deutsche Bank. Review 2008 - Goals 2009
Initiative plus

Launched in Germany in 2001, and later extended worldwide, this program has enabled us to gain enormous experience in corporate volunteering. Deutsche Bank supports projects proposed by employees either by making a donation or, since 2008, offering paid leave. [more]
Corporate Community Partnership

The Corporate Community Partnership (CCP), launched in 2008, is Deutsche Bank’s flagship volunteering program. It offers our employees the resources and the opportunity to provide state-of-the-art assistance in developing and emerging market countries through targeted and results-driven missions focusing on issues of public concern. Special Olympics Japan

Since 2005, our corporate volunteers have supported the Special Olympics – a global movement to empower people with intellectual disabilities. [more]

Our commitment is stronger than ever...
  • In 2008, Deutsche Bank volunteers contributed 35,738 days of volunteer work - which is 84 percent more days than in the previous year
     
  • The number of employees committed to corporate volunteering projects worldwide increased from 9 percent to 12 percent in 2008
     
  • A total of 68 percent of Deutsche Bank employees who have previously taken part in a charitable project volunteered again in 2008 (2007: 63 percent)

Looking Back: Project Shoreditch, London
