Zhong De Securities Company Limited (Zhong De Securities), the China securities joint venture between Shanxi Securities and Deutsche Bank, has received a business license from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The license allows the company to commence investment banking services in China’s attractive domestic securities market.
The license follows a previous announcement in January 2009 that the CSRC had approved the establishment of the joint venture, which is 66.7% owned by Shanxi Securities, and 33.3% owned by Deutsche Bank. Its initial scope of business includes the underwriting and sponsorship of A-shares and foreign investment shares, as well as government and corporate bonds.
