Pursuant to Articles 4 and 5 of the EU Transparency Directive (2004/109/EC) each issuer whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market in the European Union or the European Economic Area must publish annual financial reports and half-yearly financial reports. These requirements have been transposed into German law by Sections 37v and 37w of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) and apply for fiscal years commencing after 31 December 2006.
