RREEF Fondimmobiliari is the Deutsche Bank Group company specialised in managing real estate funds on behalf of institutional and private clients. Established in 1997, it was the first fund management company to issue and manage Italian closed-end real estate funds. The objective for the experienced team is to promote innovative real estate financial instruments on the market by proposing alternative solutions to direct real estate investments and maximising the return resulting from the management of real estate assets. RREEF Fondimmobiliari currently manages 3 retail funds named Valore Immobiliare Globale, Piramide Globale (in voluntary winding-up procedure) and Dolomit and 4 funds reserved to institutional investors named RREEF Express Real Estate Fund, Elettra, Lioness and Rutenio.

• Valore Immobiliare Globale
  Retail fund launched in 1998 and listed on the Stock Exchange since 1999, which currently includes seven properties for a total re-evaluated amount of 195.7 million Euros



• Piramide Globale (in voluntary winding-up procedure)
  Retail fund launched in 2000 and listed on the Stock Exchange since November 2002, which currently includes a leisure center located in the North of Italy



• Dolomit
  Retail fund that started its activity in 2005. Its real estate portfolio currently includes twelve properties for a total re-evaluated amount of 140.8 million Euros. The fund invests in sectors characterised by interesting growth and profitability prospects such as offices, commercial and hotels and identifies Northern Italy as its main geographical area of reference
