July 2005 Established originally as Deutsche Securities Junbi K.K., an entity established specifically for the transfer of all securities and other business operations from Deutsche Securities Limited, Tokyo Branch as of December 31, 2005. On the same date, Deutsche Securities Junbi K.K. was renamed Deutsche Securities Inc. and, as a result of the transfer process, continues the business activities previously undertaken in Deutsche Securities Limited, Tokyo Branch. Deutsche Securities Limited, Tokyo Branch (formerly named DB Capital Markets (Asia) Limited, Tokyo Branch) obtained its securities business license in December 1985 and commenced operations in May 1986.
