  • Deutsche Bank Art Bus - bringing children to the Singapore Art Museum

    The Deutsche Bank Art Bus programme is a collaboration with the Singapore Art Museum (SAM) that began in late 2009 aimed at introducing children to contemporary art. Under this programme, every week, about 40 children are provided with free transportation from their schools to SAM. more

  • Passing on the Passion - Breakfast performance with children from Rock-Ed in Manila

    Working in partnership with Childhope Asia, a non-profit organization that works with vulnerable children, Deutsche Knowledge Services (DKS) in Manila, Philippines initiated the Rock-Ed (short for rock education) programme in 2009 as an opportunity for vulnerable children living on the streets to appreciate and learn about music. Every Saturday, different groups of 15 to 20 DKS staff volunteers meet 30 street children for a four-hour music session where the children are offered a meal and coached on how to play instruments such as the acoustic guitar, keyboard, drums and mentored in vocal and dance choreography. more

  • Visit for 150 underprivileged children to the National Palace Museum

    To make art accessible to the underprivileged school children living in the remote parts of Taiwan, Deutsche Bank sponsored a 3-day trip to Taipei in April 2011 for a total of 150 students from five different schools. more
