Deutsche Bank Asia has always considered its commitment and contribution to the arts and culture an integral part of its corporate social responsibility programme. In 1979, Deutsche Bank founded the world's most significant art collection of contemporary works on paper and photography. Under the motto "Art works" the aim is to make our collection accessible to staff and the general public. Today, its collection of over 56,000 works of art can be seen in over 1,700 branches and offices worldwide. The main objectives are to promote contemporary art and fostering young talent particularly from developing and emerging countries in the region through acquiring their works and by sponsoring various art-related projects.

  • Born to Be performing – Dream Beyond concert brings groups to perform together

  • DKS Rock-Ed's band, Abstract, records debut album in May

    Flashback to May 2009 and the first day of DKS Rock-ed: 30 young street children arrived in the office, unsure of what this new programme was all about. Part of the pioneer group were five boys named Genesis (13), Ricky Boy (11), Louie (14), Raymar (15) and Christian (14). Prior to that day, none of them had picked up or played an instrument, and learning music was something that was only part of their dreams. more

  • MADD Programme - 2013

Since 2009, Deutsche Bank has partnered with the Hong Kong Council of Early Childhood Education and Services (CECES) to run the Music, Art, Drama, Dance (MADD) programme. The MADD workshops – conducted by CECES and Deutsche Bank volunteers – employs the arts to help improve English proficiency and build confidence among local primary school children. more
