MADDER Final Performance

November 2012 │ Hong Kong

Deutsche Bank's MADD (Music, Art, Drama, Dance) programme was designed to help local primary school children improve their English skills and build confidence through participating in various workshops and activities. After running the programme successfully for three years, Deutsche Hong Kong, along with partner Hong Kong Council of Early Childhood Education and Services (CECES), launched MADDER 2012 (MADD English Robot). Chun Tok School, which provides education to students with hearing disabilities, was invited to join the programme.

On November 24, 2012, after two months of preparation, students performed on stage in Deutsche's Sky Lobby, ICC . More than 150 volunteers, students, parents, and CECES staff attended the show. Our volunteers commented that they enjoyed the workshops with students and were excited to see them performing on stage.

The programme had another successful year, with the dedication of Deutsche Bank volunteers and support from a variety of parties.  ICC Building Management Office gave support on logistics; Alpha Project Limited provided sound system services; Kobo Design Limited donated MADDER booklet design and publishing services; Bannershop created the backdrop; and Ms Joey Wong was photographer of the day.
