Aspiring Talent Program

How far can women go in finance? Join our Aspiring Talent Program and you’ll quickly discover that at Deutsche Bank there are no limits. For four hours every week over four weeks, you’ll learn what it takes to succeed in the fast-paced world of investment banking.

Along with gaining a solid knowledge of financial markets, you’ll learn how to build your personal brand, write applications that get read and succeed in interviews. We’ll give you plenty of opportunity to meet with recent graduates and employees and start building your network – including accomplished women from across our business. If you demonstrate you have the talent and ambition we’re looking for, you’ll be given the chance to secure a place on our Analyst Internship Program.

It doesn’t necessarily take a background in finance to build your future here. The degrees our employees have earned at university are as diverse as they are. An outstanding academic record, passion for the world of banking and the highest level of professionalism and integrity are crucial.

To be eligible, you must be a female student in the penultimate year of your degree in a Sydney university. If successful in your application, we’ll ask you to commit to attending every four hour session for the duration of the four week program, commencing the start of May.

Applications close 4 April 2014.
