To establish your place in the world of investment banking, you need to know where you’re going. But how do you know where to start? DB Academy will get you moving in the right direction.
Now in its third year, previous DB Academy members have gained both technical and professional skills and built relationships with our business professionals, allowing them to be better prepared and more knowledgeable for a career in investment banking.
DB Academy is a 2 month program comprised of a suite of training modules to give you a head start into the world of banking.
The program places a strong emphasis on interaction with your fellow Academy members, the trainers and our Deutsche Bank professionals. It encourages you to ask questions and to interact with others through group discussions, case studies and simulation activities. You'll have the opportunity to network with our business representatives who will share their experiences and help you understand what life at Deutsche Bank is really like.
Commencing in March 2012, DB Academy training will take place every Friday or Saturday afternoon for approximately 8-10 weeks and will culminate with the delivery of a group project. Students who have successfully completed the program will receive a scholarship to recognize their efforts.
We are looking for outstanding students who can demonstrate intellectual capability, extracurricular achievements, agile minds, excellent interpersonal skills, a track record of success and a commitment to a career in banking. The Program runs at Peking University and is open to 2nd year students completing a four-year degree course. Students from all faculties are welcome.
