I joined the summer internship program and was lucky enough to be offered a full-time role on the Deutsche Bank graduate program. I submitted my application for the internship online and was invited to undertake an online assessment. Following that, I had my first round of interviews with two managers and my second round of interviews with two senior managers. Within a week’s time, I was offered a position as a summer intern within the Human Resources division. After completing ten weeks of the internship, I was offered a full-time role and I decided to accept the offer to join the Bank.
I completed multiple job rotations in the Human Resources division during the graduate program and my final placement was with the Talent & Development team. I am now responsible for all graduate training events for the Asia Pacific region, as well as looking after the developmental needs for Singapore and Southeast Asia.
