Chicago is my home town. It’s a place I know well as I’ve lived here most of my life, except for college and my time in New York with the bank. I studied Law and Psychology at Amherst College. While not a typical combination, it has proved a very useful background for working in Private Wealth Management.
I have always taken pride in finding new ways to challenge myself at each stage of my life. At college I thought I might end up practicing law, but the financial industry inspired me more. The lure of new challenges and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ever-changing industry steered me away from law school and into the world of banking.
I had a tentative career path in mind when I joined Deutsche Bank and, so far, everything has worked out as I had hoped. I’m in a role I enjoy and have everything I need to navigate my career successfully. Most importantly, I have the support of senior colleagues who recognize my commitment and who are prepared to help me fulfill my ambitions. There are so many possibilities here. I am open to wherever the bank wants me to go.
