Structures of risk management

Responsibilities and escalation levels for dealing with risks are clearly defined throughout the company. The most important bodies:

  • Risk Executive Committee: Responsible for group-wide management and control of risks, includes two members of the management board
  • Group Credit Policy Committee: Sub-committee of the Risk Executive Committee; bears responsibility for the group-wide credit principles of the bank
  • Group Reputational Risk Committee: Sub-committee of the Risk Executive Committee; decides on all questions relating to reputational risks in cases where dealing with them necessitates escalation to higher management levels
