db X-trackers, Deutsche Bank’s Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) platform, has won two awards from FeriEuro Rating Services AG, the respected European economic research institute and rating agency for financial markets and financial products. The db-x trackers EuroStoxx50® ETF and the db-x trackers MSCI Emerging Markets TRN Index ETF were named best ETF in their respective categories. The awards were given on the basis of quality of index tracking, transparency, amount of assets under management in each ETF, and the quality of the ETF structure. This is the first year db X-trackers ETFs to have been rated by Feri EuroRating, (a fund can only be rated once it has existed for five years, and the first db X-trackers ETFs were launched in 2007).
Thorsten Michalik, global head of db X-trackers, commented: “These awards confirm that we are offering good products which efficiently track their underlying indices and are transparent. To win both awards in the first year db X-trackers ETFs have been eligible for assessment shows that the outstanding quality of our products is acknowledged by independent experts.”
db X-trackers is the second largest ETF provider in Europe as measured by assets under management. db X-trackers covers all major asset classes , such as equity, bonds, credit, money market and commodities.
