Deutsche Bank’s branch network in Spain has been named the leader in Quality of Service in 2012. It’s the fourth consecutive first position in the survey EQUOS, a benchmark in the financial sector in Spain, run by independent consultant company STIGA.
This acknowledgment confirms the success of Deutsche Bank’s Private and Business Clients strategy in Spain, focused on offering a high quality advisory service with a special focus on high-net worth individuals and small and medium companies.
Fernando Sousa, Head of Private and Business Clients in Spain, said: “Once more, we can be proud of the quality we deliver in the Spanish market.” He added: “One of our goals is to reinforce our image of closeness and quality of service, associated to the image of reliability and security we already have. Leading the Quality of Service ranking in Spain is a clear recognition we are achieving our objective.”
Deutsche Bank scored 7.35 out of possible 10, compared to industry’s score of 6.95. Deutsche Bank scored top marks in a series of categories that are key to advisory banking, such as Client Treatment (8.59) and Product Explanation (7.71).
