Joachim Müller will assume the role of Head of Investor Relations, reporting to the Bank´s Chief Financial Officer Stefan Krause. Joachim has a seasoned career in European Banks Equity Research and joins the Bank after a six-year tenure at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux, where he has led the European Banks Equity Research Sector Group. Prior to that, Joachim spent three years at JP Morgan in London and two years at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt after starting his career with Deutsche Bank in Global Markets Research.
Joachim has degrees in Business from the Fachhochschule Bochum and Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as a Master of Science in Investment Management from City University Business School in London.
After 14 years, Gurdon Wattles has elected to retire from Deutsche Bank. Gurdon has held several senior roles during his career with the Bank, and was most recently responsible for Investor Relations and Group Finance Communications. Gurdon has agreed to continue in an advisory capacity for Deutsche Bank.
