At the end of the program the inventory in own shares within the buyback program amounts to 46 shares. This inventory is a result of the 10.9 million shares held at the time of the AGM in 2012 plus the repurchases of the concluded program. Thereof, roughly 27.7 million shares were used to fulfill delivery obligations in the course of share-based compensation of employees. Deutsche Bank has not cancelled any shares since the AGM 2012.
