Voluntary transparency disclosures for cover pool C according to DSL Bank-Umwandlungsgesetz (DSLBUmwG)

According to DSLBUmwG DB Privat- und Firmenkundenbank AG is not subject to reporting obligations relating to cover pool C. However, following § 28 of the German Pfandbrief act, DB Privat- und Firmenkundenbank AG voluntarily reports on the collateral pool and outstanding amounts with regard to cover pool C in order to improve the transparency for its investors. It is intended to quarterly disclose this report until further notice. The undertaken disclosures do not imply any legal obligation of DB Privat- und Firmenkundenbank AG regarding future disclosures.
