The property is located in the municipality of Basiano, north-east of Milan, in a prime area for the logistics sector, with a strong infrastructure presence that makes it northern Italy's main hub for logistic.

The Basiano hub is currently Decathlon's largest logistic platform in Europe, which is used to serve all shops in northern-eastern Italy, Slovenia and Croatia and to manage all e-commerce activities.

Inaugurated in May 2017 the asset, for a total surface of approx. 45,000 m²,is equipped with the newest technologies and meets the highest market standards (full climate control and class A), making it a new benchmark for the logistic market.

This investment is part of a broader strategy consisting in the acquisition of high-quality properties in order to continue to ensure long-lasting performances over time to clients. In this regard, logistics is a key sector, also in light of the growth of the e-commerce, which is increasing demand for new assets having the highest standards in terms of quality and technology.
