Who can contact our Department
All clients who, in relation to accounts held with our bank, intend to submit complaints regarding the methods which Deutsche Bank Mutui used to manage and provide its products or services.
How to submit complaints
Client complaints must be submitted in written form.

Deutsche Bank Mutui shall provide a written reply within the terms provided by law.
