The initiative "Deutsche Bank runs for children", launched by Deutsche Bank Italy on July, resulted in a great success, raising a great number of donations to support Archè, a nonprofit association based in Milan, founded in 1991 to support families in responding to the social problems caused by first cases of infant HIV.
Many Italian employees of the bank joined the initiative through generous donations. Also Deutsche Bank Italy will contribute to "Deutsche Bank runs for children" and match the amount collected within the bank, according to the Matched Giving initiatives globally promoted by the Group .
The funding is going to be devoted to Archè with the aim of giving a specific support to three families hosted at "Casa Archè" (i.e. Archè Home"). Casa Archè is structured as a family house created to welcome mothers and children in difficulty, to help them recover from their disadvantaged condition, through a 24/7 support by psychologists and educators.
