UniCredit S.p.A., in qualità di Emittente, comunica che, conseguentemente alla pubblicazione in data 9 Dicembre 2020 del Quinto Supplemento al "Registration Document dated 20 January 2020", che è parte costitutiva del "Base Prospectus for the issuance of Single Underlying and Multi Underlying Securities (without capital protection) dated 20 January 2020" e del "Base Prospectus for the issuance of Single Underlying and Multi Underlying Securities (with partial capital protection) dated 24 February 2020" (il "Quinto Supplemento"), a seguito dell’approvazione da parte della Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, agli investitori che hanno accettato di acquistare o sottoscrivere i Certificati è riconosciuto il diritto di revocare la propria accettazione entro l’11 Dicembre 2020 (incluso) in conformità a quanto disposto dall’art. 23, paragrafo 2, del Regolamento (UE) 2017/1129 e dall’art. 95-bis, comma 2, del D.lgs. n. 58/98.
