Deutsche Bank appoints Florian Drinhausen as Co-Deputy General Counsel for Germany and Central & Eastern Europe


Deutsche Bank today announced the appointment of Florian Drinhausen as Co-Deputy General Counsel for Germany and Central & Eastern Europe. Drinhausen will join Deutsche Bank on February 1, 2014 from the law firm Linklaters LLP, where he has been a partner for close to ten years. Drinhausen is among the leading German legal advisers of major domestic and international companies on corporate and M&A matters. He will report to Christof von Dryander, Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel for Germany and Central & Eastern Europe, and work alongside Mathias Otto, Co-Deputy General Counsel for Germany and Central & Eastern Europe.

Drinhausen will be based in Frankfurt. 
 
Drinhausen studied law in Cologne and received a doctorate in law from the University of Cologne and a master’s degree (LLM) from King’s College in London. He is a member of the bar in Frankfurt. He is widely published in corporate law and holds assistant professorships at Fresenius University and Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
