Deutsche Bank continues build-out of Asset Finance Group

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. announced today that Dennis Knitowski has joined the firm as a Director in Asset Finance within the Global Markets Division . He is responsible for originating and structuring consumer, commercial and CDO financings into Deutsche Bank's Asset Backed Conduits . Knitowski is based in New York and reports to Frank Byrne, Global Head of Asset Finance.

"Dennis is an important additi on to our team and will help to further advance our capabilities in ABS financing," said Byrne. "His ability to execute a large variety of structured financings will prove invaluable to our growing business and our clients."

Knitowski joins the firm from JP Morgan Chase where he was a Vice President in the Principal Investment Management Group. He holds a BS from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Lehigh University.
