Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM) today announced that Mark Pittsey has joined the Bank’s Private Bank office in San Francisco as a Managing Director and Office Director reporting to Michael J. Davis, a Managing Director and Head of the Western Region for the US Private Bank. In his new position, Pittsey is responsible for the oversight and expansion of the San Francisco Private Bank sales force and will work with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
Pittsey has more than 15 years of financial services experience and joins the firm from Wells Fargo Private Client Services where he was most recently a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for San Francisco and Marin County. He earned a BA from California State at Long Beach.

Burnett works with ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurial clients with an emphasis on individuals in the commercial real estate and financial sponsors sectors. She has more than 22 years of financial services experience and joined the firm from Citigroup Private Bank where she was a Managing Director and Relationship Manager. Prior to Citigroup, she was the President of Ninth Square Association. Burnett earned a BA from Queens College and an MBA from UCLA.
Herlihy works with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the Bay Area. He has more than 30 years of financial services experience and joins the firm from Citigroup Private Bank where he was a Managing Director and Senior Private Banker. Prior to that, he worked at Bank of America where he was involved in Latin American corporate finance and US credit markets. Previously, he headed up Chase Manhattan Bank's San Francisco Private Bank. Herlihy earned an MBA and LLB from the London School of Economics.
In this new role, Saccacio will work closely with PWM’s West Coast Private Bankers to generate fiduciary business and with Investment Advisors to provide integrated wealth management plans, including asset allocation to clients. He will join PWM from Citigroup Private Bank where he was a Managing Director and Wealth Strategist. Previously, he was a Client Service Director at MyCFO, Inc. and a Partner in the Personal Financial Services practice for the Western Region of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Saccacio holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant designation.
Robinson will work with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the New York metropolitan area. She has more than 25 years of financial services experience and will be rejoining the firm from HSBC where she was a Senior Vice President in the Domestic Private Bank. Prior to HSBC she was a Vice President and Relationship Manager at Deutsche Bank. She earned a BA from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, and an MA from Northwestern University.
Koester also works with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families in the New York metropolitan area. He will join the firm from HSBC where he is a Vice President and Private Banker. Previously, he was a Vice President in Private Lending at Bank of America. He earned a BS from the University of Indiana and an MBA from Washington University. In addition, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
