Deutsche Bank appoints Zoltan Kuralias Chief Country Officer for Hungary


Zoltan Kurali has been appointed as the new Chief Country Officer for Hungary and CEO of Deutsche Bank ZRt., Budapest. He takes over from Farbod Lotfi, who has left Deutsche Bank to pursue further opportunities.

Based in Budapest, Zoltan Kurali is responsible for overseeing all activities of Deutsche Bank in Hungary. Deutsche Bank offers to its corporate and institutional clients products from Global Markets, Corporate Finance and Global Transaction banking. It delivers to its customers individual consultation, tailor-made products and solutions as well as a deep understanding of the Hungarian market. In his function as Chief Country Officer, Zoltan Kurali will report to Peter Tils, CEO Central and Eastern Europe.

Zoltan Kurali previously acted as Deputy CEO of Deutsche Bank ZRt. He joined Deutsche Bank in 2006 from Citigroup where he had been in charge of the investment banking activities in Hungary and further Central European countries.
