Deutsche Securities appoints Mario Keiling as Head of Global Markets for Japan


Deutsche Securities Inc. (DSI), today announced the appointment of Marzio Keiling as Head of Global Markets Japan as of July 1, 2008. Mr. Keiling has also been appointed as Japan’s representative on the Global Markets Executive Committee. Mr. Keiling succeeds Henry Ritchotte who will complete a move to London to assume the post of Chief Operating Officer for the Global Markets division worldwide.

Mr. Keiling brings wide capital markets experience, coupled with exceptional client relationship skills, to his new position. After joining Deutsche Bank in 1996 as a founding member of its derivatives sales team with responsibility for Germany, he went on to hold a number of senior roles in Europe across the Institutional Client Group and the Debt Capital Markets/Corporate Coverage group.

Mr. Keiling holds a combined degree in Management and Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, and a Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
