Deutsche Bank launches social media campaign to further engage with clients


Deutsche Bank today announced it is launching a new social media campaign with the aim of strengthening client engagement with an innovative new communication channel.

Deutsche Bank’s Global Transaction Banking introduces a social media tool that enables clients to "Drive DB!" by directly influencing and contributing to the solutions the Bank develops for them.

This social media tool brings together existing and potential clients, as well as Deutsche Bank professionals, in a secure online environment that is intuitive, highly interactive and fun to use.

With the theme “Drive DB!”, the social media tool lets clients participate in steering product design and development through online voting, debates and information sharing with other clients and with product, sales and service experts at Deutsche Bank.

Deutsche Bank's social media campaign is part of an evolutionary process of increasing client engagement across Deutsche Bank’s Global Transaction Banking division that has been underway for some time. This includes the launch of initiatives to optimize and streamline the client onboarding and documentation process, improvements to ebanking tools and simplification of our product catalogs.

Daniel Marovitz, Head of Product Management, Global Transaction Banking at Deutsche Bank, said: “Deutsche Bank is raising the bar for customer experience.
