Deutsche Bank announces appointment of David Brock to Head Construction & Building Materials team

Deutsche Bank today announced the appointment of David Brock as a Director and Head of Construction and Building Materials, Europe, within its Global Banking division. Brock will be based in London and report to Ben Story, Managing Director and Head of Industrials, Europe. He will join Deutsche Bank in December.

Brock joins from Credit Suisse, where he was a Director in Equity Research, leading the coverage of the pan-European Building Materials and Construction sector. He also acted as global co-ordinator for the bank's research in the sector. In 2006, the Credit Suisse building team was ranked second in the Institutional Investor survey and Brock was ranked third as an individual sector analyst in the Extel survey.

Commenting on the appointment, David Fass, Managing Director and Head of Global Banking Europe said, "We are very excited to have hired David to further develop our investment banking business with building materials and construction clients.
