Deutsche Bank announces the appointment of Marc Pandraud as Head of Client Franchise Development and Vice-Chairman, Corporate Finance EMEA
Bruno Hallak becomes Chief Country Officer for France
Marc Pandraud is appointed Head of Client Franchise Development and Vice-Chairman, Corporate Finance EMEA. In this role, Marc will strengthen the position of Deutsche Bank as a partner of choice for key European clients, through trust-based long-term relationships. He will keep a close contact with French companies for which he will continue to facilitate access to services and products of the bank.
Bruno Hallak succeeds Marc Pandraud as Chief Country Officer of Deutsche Bank in France and General Manager of Deutsche Bank AG Paris Branch, effective June 1, 2013. He was previously Head of Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory France and Branch Manager of Deutsche Bank AG Paris Branch.
Emmanuel Hasbanian and Julien Fabre have been promoted co-Heads of Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory for France.

Marc Pandraud (54) is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris, he served as Chairman for France and Benelux at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, before being appointed Chief Country Officer of Deutsche Bank in France in 2009. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1998 from Deutsche Morgan Grenfell where he was in charge of Corporate Finance in France for 3 years. Marc Pandraud joined the industry in 1985 at Bear Stearns in New York and became managing director at S.G. Warburg in 1991. He was previously CPA at Peat Marwick Mitchell (KPMG).
Bruno Hallak (46) is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and holds a master in Economics. After starting his career at the French Treasury in 1991, he joined Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in 1997 and subsequently Merrill Lynch two years later in Paris and London. He has become a managing director in 2005 and was appointed chairman of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets (France) SAS. Bruno Hallak rejoined Deutsche Bank in France as co-Head of Global Banking in 2009, and then became Head of Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory for France.
