Deutsche Bank appointed as depositary bank for the sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt program of Ipsen S.A.

Deutsche Bank today announced its appointment as depositary bank for the sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program of Ipsen S.A. (EURONEXT: IPN).

Ipsen’s ADRs will trade OTC, the symbol is IPSEY. The company’s ordinary shares are listed on Compartment A on Euronext Paris under the symbol IPN (ISIN code: FR0010259150). Ipsen’s shares are eligible for the “Service de Règlement Différé” (“SRD”) and is part of the SBF 120 index.  Each ADR represents one-quarter of one ordinary share.
