Deutsche Bank appoints David Nicholls as European Head of Global Finance

Deutsche Bank has appointed David Nicholls as Head of Global Finance Europe, within the Global Markets division, effective immediately. Nicholls will be based in London and will report to Alan Cloete, Head of Global Finance and Foreign Exchange.

Nicholls was previously Head of Global Finance in London and brought about strong growth in the global finance arena. In his new role Nicholls will be responsible for developing performance improvements across Deutsche Bank’s pan-European global finance platform and innovating new methods of multi-asset class financing, structuring, and interest rate trading.

Commenting on the appointment, Alan Cloete, Head of Global Finance and Foreign Exchange said: “Deutsche Bank’s global finance platform is a market leader and we are confident Nicholl’s extensive experience in this space will drive further growth and expansion in the year ahead.”
