Deutsche Bank appoints Enrique Pani as Head of Latin America Equity Capital Markets

Deutsche Bank announced today that Enrique Pani has been appointed Head of Latin America Equity Capital Markets, effective May 1. Pani will be responsible for equity origination working in the Bank’s Capital Markets and Client Coverage platforms in Latin America. He will report jointly to Marcelo Blanco, Head of Capital Markets and Client Coverage for Latin America, and Mark Hantho, Vice Chairman and Head of Equity and Equity-linked Capital Markets for the Americas. 

Enrique joins the Capital Markets management team after seven years as a Director in the Bank’s Financial Institutions Group where he worked on a number of key transactions in the region.

“Enrique has developed an excellent reputation with our clients in Latin America, and we are confident that he will be invaluable to the growth of our capital markets business,” said Mr. Hantho. “His knowledge of both banking and equity origination will make a significant contribution to bridging our capital markets and banking efforts in the region.”
