Deutsche Bank expands US Convertible and Equity-Linked Solutions

Peter Barna Joins as a DirectorDeutsche Bank Securities Inc. today announced that Peter Barna has joined the firm as a Director in the US Convertible and Equity Linked Solutions group. Barna is based in New York and reports to Brooks Harris, Head of US Convertible and Equity-Linked Solutions.

Barna joins Deutsche Bank after eight years with Merrill Lynch, where he was a Director in Equity-Linked Capital Markets and had responsibility for both public and private equity derivatives. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Barna worked for Moore Capital and Coopers and Lybrand.
