Deutsche Bank Global Markets appoints new Chief Operating Officer
Deutsche Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry Ritchotte as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its Global Markets Division. Henry will replace Mark Ferron who will retire in early 2009.
During 2008, Ritchotte and Ferron will act as joint COOs in order to ensure a seamless transition. Ritchotte will also retain his current responsibilities as Head of Global Markets Japan until his successor is appointed in due course. Ritchotte will gradually relocate from Tokyo to London.
Ritchotte joined Deutsche Bank in 1995 in hedge fund coverage and has played an important role in the development of the bank’s Global Markets business. He has held a variety of senior management positions including Global Head of hedge fund sales and Head of Sales (equity and debt) for Asia.
