Deutsche Bank hosts its annual Senior Management Conference in Beijing

Deutsche Bank AG this week hosted its annual Senior Management Conference in Beijing, China. At this meeting, some 220 of the bank’s most senior executives from around the world gathered to discuss progress on the implementation of the Group’s global strategy, and the bank’s position in China and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Dr. Josef Ackermann, Chairman of the Management Board, said: “We are delighted to be holding our annual Senior Management Conference here in Beijing. This reflects the enormous potential we see in the dynamic and fast-growing Chinese market. It also reflects our pride in our transaction record with our Chinese clients, for whom we have, for example, book-run three of the largest IPOs in history. Furthermore, it underlines our strong commitment to our excellent partners in the Chinese market: Zhong De Securities, Hua Xia Bank, and Harvest Fund Management Co. We are delighted by the momentum in our business in China and the wider Asia-Pacific region, and determined to sustain this momentum”.
