"Deutsche Bank has been active in Bulgaria for over a decade" commented Tessen von Heydebreck, member of Deutsche Bank's Board of Managing Directors, "but we now feel the time has come to make a senior level appointment and reinforce our commitment to the market.  We have been involved in a number of transactions in the market recently and Bulgaria's application to join the European Union we believe will increase the confidence in the country."
