Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management hires Mitchell Higgins as Head of Sales Management

Deutsche Bank today announced that Mitchell Higgins has joined its US Private Wealth Management (PWM) business as a Managing Director and Head of Sales Management. He will be a member of the US Executive Committee and reports to Thomas Bowers, Head of US Private Wealth Management. Based in New York, Higgins will coordinate the sales process across all product lines, in cooperation with Product Management and Investment Solutions, as well as Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown and Private Bank management.

"Seamlessly delivering client solutions across investments, capital markets, trust, banking and a structured lending platform requires strong teamwork and organizational coordination," said Bowers. "Mitch will play an important leadership role in coordinating the sales process for the Private Bank and the private client services business of DB Alex. Brown."

Higgins joins PWM from Legg Mason, where he was responsible for distribution to third party private banks.  Prior to that, he was responsible for national proprietary investment sales for Citigroup Private Bank, US market region. During his tenure at Citigroup, he also held the role of Senior Vice President and Senior Investment Officer in the Citigroup Trust business and was a founding member of the alternative investments group at Salomon Smith Barney. Previously, Higgins was a Vice President and Relationship Manager at U.S. Trust Company of New York.

Higgins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College.
