Katherine Garrett-Cox nominated as member of the Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank today nominated Katherine Garrett-Cox (43) for election as member of the Supervisory Board at the General Meeting on May 26, 2011. She is to replace Sir Peter Job (69) whose Supervisory Board membership ends as scheduled with the close of this year’s General Meeting.

Katherine Garrett-Cox has been the Chief Executive of Alliance Trust PLC, the largest quoted investment trust in the UK, since 2008. She joined Alliance Trust as Chief Investment Officer in 2007 and has over 21 years’ experience in the investment industry. She previously served as Chief Investment Officer and an executive director of Morley Fund Management, the fund management division of Aviva, and of Aberdeen Asset Management.  

Deutsche Bank will be publishing the invitation to its Annual General Meeting on April 5, 2011.
