Milton Chacon to join Deutsche Bank`s Commercial Real Estate Group

Former Co-Head of Moody's ABS Group to join as a DirectorDeutsche Bank Securities Inc. today announced Milton Chacon will join the firm as a Director in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Group. Chacon will be based in New York and will report to Emile Van den Bol, a Managing Director and Head of the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Collateralized Debt Obligation (CMBS CDO) and Special Situations Group.

Chacon previously was Co-Head of the Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) Group at Moody's Investors Service and before that was a Director and Senior Analyst in the CMBS Group there. Before joining Moody's in 1997 he worked in real estate at Nomura Securities and Ernst and Young.

"Milton is extremely well-regarded in the securitization markets, and his 12 years of experience in CMBS and ABS will be a tremendous advantage for Deutsche Bank and its clients," said Van den Bol.

"Milton's broad range of experience is well-suited to our diversified and growing global Commercial Real Estate business," said Jon Vaccaro, Global Head of Commercial Real Estate.

Chacon earned an MBA degree in Accountancy from Baruch College and a BS in Computer Science and International Marketing from The City University of New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
