Record number of Team Challenges in 2010

January 4, 2011 │ UK

Getting muddy, painting, building planters, erecting fences and delivering personal economics workshops to secondary school children is not a normal day’s work for most of Deutsche Bank staff; however, 2010 has seen over 1500 employees take part in 66 team challenges – an increase of 15.8% from 2009.

Not only are team challenges an excellent tool for team building – but they also have a great impact on the community we are working with. In most cases the charities/schools/
community centres that we work with would not be able to make the improvements without volunteer support.

Mitch Mason, COO for the UK, commented: “The challenge provided a fantastic opportunity to work together as a team outside the office. It was really rewarding to see the site at the end of the day”.
