Deutsche Bank has once again been ranked as one of the 20 best big companies to work for in the UK, according to the Sunday Times Best Companies survey.
The Bank achieved its highest scores in the ‘fair deal’ category, which includes how well employees feel they are treated and satisfaction with their compensation package. The opportunity for professional development was also cited as one of the best aspects of working at Deutsche Bank, with employees enjoying the challenge of their roles and agreeing that there were opportunities for advancement and the utilisation of their skills.
