Deutsche Bank’s Supplier Diversity Program

Deutsche Bank’s Supplier Diversity Program seeks to provide businesses owned by minorities, women, and disabled veterans equal access to purchasing opportunities. A successful program establishes a diverse and growing supplier portfolio that reflects the diverse customer base of the company. Such a policy in turn helps to further develop new markets in the changing global environment.

Deutsche Bank has long been committed to developing Supplier Diversity. Our policy of encouraging and assisting minority-owned and women-owned enterprises is a reflection of a long-standing commitment to equal opportunity and our desire to return value to society. This commitment is supported by the highest levels of management and is communicated throughout our company.
