As part of its 25-year global partnership with Deutsche Bank, the renowned orchestra will perform a series of concerts at New York's Carnegie Hall and Park Avenue Armory.

The Berlin Philharmonic will open Carnegie Hall’s 2014–2015 season on October 1, with performances of works by Sergei Rachmaninov, Max Bruch and Igor Stravinsky. The orchestra will perform additional concerts at Carnegie Hall on October 2, 5 and 6.

Then on October 7 and 8 at the Park Avenue Armory, the orchestra will perform Bach’s St. Matthew Passion, a masterpiece of classical sacred music. These concerts will open Lincoln Center’s White Light Festival.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of Deutsche Bank’s global partnership with the Berlin Philharmonic, one of the world’s leading orchestras. The partnership provides access to outstanding classical music to the public at large through the award-winning educational program Zukunft@BPhil and the Digital Concert Hall, which streams Berlin Philharmonic performances online in high-definition, live and on-demand.

The Berlin Philharmonic returns to Carnegie Hall next year for performances on November 17–21, 2015.
