Global Banking
Guidance. Counsel. Solutions. Global Banking offers advisory services, financing and transaction banking of the most innovative kind. Governments, institutions and corporates all come to us for the advice and solutions that have allowed us to shine in even the most challenging markets.
Corporate Finance is one arm of Global Banking. With over 4,200 professionals in 40 countries, we provide integrated investment banking products and industry sector coverage. This includes advisory services, asset financing and leasing solutions, commercial real estate financing and equity capital market products.
Global Transaction Banking is our other arm, and employs over 4,300 people in 42 countries. Commercial banking products and services for corporate clients and financial institutions. Domestic and cross-border payments. Professional risk mitigation for international trade. Asset and liability management. Trust, agency, depositary, custody and related services. We offer all these services to our clients, and provide the most up-to-date recommendations and guidance. The business units include Cash Management, Trade Finance, Capital Market Sales and Trust & Securities Services.

Private Wealth Management

Although it’s difficult to define exactly who qualifies for this designation, it’s usually assumed that it includes anyone with liquid assets in excess of $1 million.

Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility

Regional Management
As a strategic corporate function, we drive cross-divisional franchise development and performance management in local markets. From Europe and the Americas to the Middle East, North Africa and Asia Pacific, our regional and country heads help ensure compliance with complex regulatory, governance and control requirements. In a global context, Regional Management enhances cross-regional coordination and efficiency while representing regional interests in the Management Board.
Tax
We make sure the Bank complies with corporate income tax laws, and check the accuracy of the income tax accounts in financial statements. But the work doesn’t stop there – we also manage the Bank’s income tax position, ensuring it translates into a competitive effective tax rate and other tax-related capital market ratios.

Deutsche Knowledge Services (DKS)
Based in the Philippines, DKS taps significant potential across the region. We employ more than 1900 professionals. Operated independently from Deutsche Bank’s domestic Philippines banking business, DKS is a global service centre of the highest calibre. We support the full spectrum of the service process through our three divisions: Service Delivery, Service Support and Service Excellence.
Service Delivery houses all staff who provide internal services to Deutsche Bank. Service Support is responsible for all service center operations, including finance, human resources, learning and development, facilities management, technology infrastructure and local governance. Service Excellence is a key overall touchpoint, overseeing relationship management, quality, change management and internal compliance.
