Women in European Business
The purpose of Women in European Business (WEB) is to create a forum where professional women can share their experiences and expertise to further their career development.
Founded in 1997, the Frankfurt-based WEB network has over 50 highly qualified and committed members. The annual conference, which was established in Frankfurt in 2000, has brand recognition and is well attended every year. Women on Wall Street Network (US)
Women on Wall Street (WOW) Network aims to enhance the work experience and maximize the potential of women at Deutsche Bank. WOWS is an annual networking forum featuring professional networking and development opportunities. The conference is open to all professionals in the financial services arena and related industries. Regional Women's Networks (Germany)
Consists of several regional internal networks in Germany that have developed their own activities in order to contribute to positive change and to improve the workplace for women. One of the biggest networks in Germany is the Women's Network Head Office with approx. 150 active members which offers a variety of activities for all employees.
Deutsche Bank Women's Network
Deutsche Bank Women (London) aims to further career development, leadership and business opportunities for women by creating and fostering a supportive network of and for women within Deutsche Bank. This UK based forum encourages the development of business knowledge by focusing on the exchange of ideas and cross-divisional networking. Rainbow Group / GLBT Networks (Germany, UK, US)
The Rainbow Group Germany, Rainbow Group UK and Rainbow Group Americas are organizations focused on GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender) employees' professional and personal development. These networks aim to allow GLBT employees to feel a stronger commitment to the Deutsche Bank community, overcome prejudices and show the way towards acceptance for all fellow employees. Deutsche Bank's Diversified Network (US) (Deutsche BankDN)
Is open to all employees with a focus on historically under-represented ethnic groups from junior level positions within the firm. Launched in 2002 for New York metro employees, Deutsche BankDN aims to provide essential tools that foster professional and personal development, while creating a diverse and productive workforce to better serve the interests of Deutsche Bank's employees and clients.
Multicultural Partnership Network (US, UK)
Launched in 2003 in New York, this forum is an active voice of Deutsche Bank's minority officers and is open to all employees. It identifies and promotes policies and practices to encourage an inclusive and productive work environment whereby individuals may further their professional and personal development and help drive organizational performance.
Family Network (UK)
The Parents' Network aims to provide working families, caregivers and parents-to-be with solutions to help balance home and work. It provides a dedicated support structure and information exchange for staff. In addition, it strives to provide a platform to raise awareness of the needs of working parents across the firm through dialogue and discussions at senior levels.
