Who we are
Global Sourcing partners with clients bank-wide on tailored programs and best of breed sourcing strategies. Its influence spans over eight billion Euros of the Bank's spend with external suppliers.
Corporate Real Estate and Services (CRES) looks after all Deutsche Bank buildings globally, overseeing more than three million square metres of office space across 70 countries worldwide, managing a cost base of EUR 1 billion.
What we do
Global Sourcing is responsible for the entire "Procure to Pay" process of Deutsche Bank via an innovative global partnership with Accenture Payment Services. In addition, the team provides internal advice on all of the Bank's smartsourcing activities.
As part of Deutsche Bank's Chief Operating Office (COO) infrastructure group, CRES consists of two operational workstreams; Facilities Solutions Group (FSG) and Strategic Planning and Real Estate (SPRE). Our main activities include providing the Bank with building related facilities and services, including catering, mail distribution, reprographics and health and safety. We are also responsible for managing the Bank's property leases and third party sublet lease agreements. We operate closely in partnership with a number of vendors throughout our global portfolio.
