1870 1870

Deutsche Bank was founded in Berlin to promote and facilitate trade relations between Germany and international markets.
since 1880

Deutsche Bank participated in the underwriting of several public loans for the Finnish Grand Duchy (part of the Russian Empire) and the city of Helsinki.
1964

With the assistance of Deutsche Bank Finnish issuer (among them the Republic of Finland) raised funds in the German capital market for the first time after World War II.
2000

Opening of Deutsche Bank Helsinki branch.
