Deutsche Bank’s news podcast
A podcast consists of a series of media articles called episodes. Podcasts can be listened to on a personal computer or portable device.

Podcasting refers to the production and offering of audiovisual media files via the internet. It was coined from “Portable On Demand" and “broadcasting”.

You can download Deutsche Bank news, or subscribe to them, as podcast. This allows you to listen to the news wherever you are and whenever you want.

Subscribing and loading podcasts

How can you download the Deutsche Bank podcasts? You can download the required audio files manually one by one. But you can also use any automated software called “Podcatcher” or “Media agreggator”. A podcatcher is a separate program that will automatically download the required episodes onto your computer as soon as you have logged onto the Internet. Free-of-charge podcatchers are available on the Internet.

Automatic reception of the podcasts

The Deutsche Bank news podcasts are free of charge and can be automatically downloaded onto your computer. To proceed, you require a computer with an internet connection (ideally DSL) and a podcatcher.

For audio podcasts, the individual episodes are offered as MP3 files. They can then be replayed on any MP3 player or MP3-compatible device like some mobile phones. If you wish to play audio podcasts on your computer, any software able to play the MP3 format will do.
