DB Real Estate Group has been present on the Polish market since 2001, with two representative offices:

• DB Real Estate Investment GmbH Sp. z o.o. Branch in Poland.

Within the Group there are also three special-purpose vehicles:

• DB Real Estate Polska 1 Sp. z o.o.,


• DB Real Estate Polska 2 Sp. z o.o.,


• Centrum Handlowe Polska 2 Sp. z o.o.

These institutions invest for open, closed and special-purpose investment funds, which invest in commercial real estate, such as:

• office buildings,


• commercial centers


• logistics centers.

The istitutions also offer services connected with real estate management of this type.

The current value of the assets equals approx. EUR 200 mln. Globally, the value of the assets managed by DB Real Estate Group equals approx. EUR 48 bln. In the nearest future DB Real Estate Group plans to expand its services in Poland.
